“Dear Farrell-I will never forget the first time I walked into your beautiful store. I had just completed my bilateral breast reconstruction which was not successful around 2/12. I was fearful and embarrassed regarding how I looked and did not know what to expect or what my options were. I was still trying to process the diagnosis of breast cancer and although I chose the bilateral mastectomy it was a difficult decision emotionally. Your soft voice and calm demeanor made me feel at ease right away. We went into the private dressing room and your gentle manner eased my emotionality. I left your store with a better understanding regarding my options for prosthetics and knew I could go into the world feeling whole. The prosthetics were wonderful. I am sorry that I was never aware of your store prior to my surgery as you carry many items post-surgery that would have been helpful. You probably are not aware of the positive impact you have on your clients because you help people feel whole every day. God bless you for the work you and your staff provide. I will never forget your kindness and professionalism.”

“Where do I start? I just had my mastectomy surgery. Called places my insurance gave me to get a breast Prosthesis with no luck. So a family member gave Jay Ann. I called talked Farrell explained my issue she calmed me down and said we will get it fixed. She did, took some work with my insurance co. Then I went to the shop in Huntingdon Valley (live in King of Prussia. They made my husband feel welcome. Then I was waited on by (forgot her name) she was wonderful. Got what I needed and left. At home later realized I needed the bras to be a larger size, they changed that for the ones that had to shipped. They will always be recommend by me. I could go on but it would just be longer. Sing sing praise Thank you all keep up the good work”

“I can’t believe that there are not more rave reviews for this place. i HATED bra shopping and every women knows this to be true. my size changes and all sizes are not equal. the ladies here know that and are patient and they even alter them so stapes don’t slide off shoulders and there are no gaps. they really take an interest and while i was there a lady who was a cancer survivor was in tears because she felt “normal” again. they’re terrific”

“This is a slightly embarrassing review to write, but I’d like to get the word out there.
Buying bras is always a trial. Most often, stores don’t have my size. The one time that I even bothered going into Victoria’s Secret, the girl there “measured me” and attempted to convince me that I could fit into a larger band size and smaller cup size than I really need, simply so I would make a purchase (by the way, the bras that she suggested looked and felt incredibly uncomfortable).
And this is the reason why I travel all the way out to Huntington Valley when I need bras. The woman who works there on Wednesdays (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!) is incredibly nice and matter of fact–it’s not embarrassing to get measured at all, and she tries a variety of styles and LISTENS to you, instead of insisting that you are a size you clearly are not simply so you will make a purchase. Also, she not only remembered me from the last time I was there (probably over a year ago), she remembered my size and had a few bra choices already in mind. Orders for things they’ve run out of aren’t a problem, either, and can be ready in under a week. The lingerie can be a little pricey, but you are paying for great fitting and for comfort. In that case, it is totally worth it.”
